TTA in Minnesota

Jury pools in Duluth, MN lack racial and ethnic diversity. The harms created by the underrepresentation of people of color on jury panels is compounded by their overrepresentation as defendants.


We are working with criminal legal system stakeholders in Duluth, MN to:

  • Anyalize perspectives related to representative juries.
  • Conduct a subject matter expert lead jury assessment.
  • Develop and recommend best practices including community and stakeholder education and training.
