TTA in Idaho

See what Sixth Amendment TTA is happening in Idaho.

We are working with the Idaho Public Defense Commission to:

  • Provide strategic planning designed to strengthen the use of vertical representation by Idaho’s public defense attorneys
  • Improve state-wide data collection and analysis as it related to vertical representation
  • Assist with addressing stakeholder reluctance to the implementation of vertical representation through surveying, education and developing best practices
    • This project seeks to understand and address the unique challenges faced by rural and small communities in the implementation of vertical representation
