TTA Recipient: Aurora, Colorado Public Defender’s Office (APDO)

Type of Training and Technical Assistance (TTA): Strategic Planning

Area of Focus: Provide subject matter expertise to examine the program’s adherence to national standards and best practices for public defense, including the American Bar Association (ABA) Ten Principles of a Public Defense Delivery System. Develop an objective assessment of efforts underway to improve the program and suggestions for additional improvement measures.
